PC Ocean BD - Terms & Conditions


1. Warranty Policy

 Most products sold by PC Ocean BD come with a manufacturer's warranty, unless stated otherwise.

 Warranty duration varies by product and is provided by the official importer or authorized distributor. To claim

 warranty, customers must present the original cash memo. Warranty processing typically takes 10 to 15

 working days.


 Warranty will be void if the product is physically damaged, tampered with, or has missing serial/label. PC

 Ocean BD does not cover accidental or intentional damage


 2. Return and Refund Policy


 PC Ocean BD does not accept general product returns once the item has been sold and delivered. However,

 if a product is found damaged upon delivery, customers must inform us immediately.

 In such cases, we offer product replacement. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to

 us. Certain items such as software or opened packaging may be non-returnable.


 3. Delivery Responsibilities


 We take great care in packaging all products securely before dispatch. However, PC Ocean BD is not

 responsible for any damage caused during shipment by courier companies. Customers are encouraged to

 inspect the package upon delivery.

 In some cases, we may allow package inspection before cash on delivery (COD) payment, but this depends

 on delivery area and courier policies


 4. Order Eligibility


 To place an order with PC Ocean BD, customers must provide a valid phone number, address, and email. All
 Bangladeshi customers are eligible to order. There are currently no restricted delivery zones.
